Seller agrees that if this kitten is rejected by your veterinary office as unhealthy or unsound I will take the kitten back and replace the kitten with next available. No veterinary or shipping cost will be reimbursed by the seller. Buyer needs to have a veterinary certificate indicating rejection of health or unsoundness with in five days of delivery.
Seller agrees that this kitten is of typical temperament and structure and embodies the basic standards of the breed, extreme and doll are both kinds of kittens I work with.
Seller agrees this kitten has CFA papers and is registered.
Buyer agrees to call me if for any reason buyer is unable to keep kitten/cat so I can help fine a placement home.
Buyer agrees to maintain kitten/cats health with vaccinations as specifed by their veterarian.
Buyer agree to feed quality food to kitten/cat.
Buyer acknowledges that special coat care, conditioning, taining and feeding are necessary to produce a competitive Persain in conforormation and performance evens. This care and training is acknowledged by the buyer to be his/her responsibility.
Buyer agrees to socialize kitten/cat.

Seller in no way guarantees your kitten/cat will win in conformation and or performance events.
Seller's warranty applying to genetic disabilities. Should kitten/cat need to be euthanized due to genetic defect within the first two years of life Seller will replace that kitten/cat at no charge to Buyer with the next available litter. Any shipping or pick up cost will be the responsibility of Buyer.
Seller does not guarantee against skin problem such as acne, rash, hot spots, ect.
No warranties or guarantees apply to health related problems caused by care or nutrition or accident or illness. After the kitten leaves my care. I take every effort to offer you a healthy and happy kitten. Your kitten is feed only Science Dite kitten food both can and hard food and I also use Iam's kitten food. Your kitten has been de-wormed three time with Nemex from my vets office. Some kitten leave with a dose or two of wormer still needed. Seller will give you directions on how to give your kitten/cat this wormer.
If seller determines by any means that this kitten/cat is not suitably cared for or that it has been mentally or physically mistreated, Seller has the right to take full possession of kitten/cat without compensation.
